ORDER TRACKING

Shipments are traceable: when the order is handed over to the courier, the customer receives an automatic e-mail with the tracking code, through which they can follow the progress of the shipment, 24H on 24H, on the courier's website.

ORDER DELIVERY INFORMATION

We cannot ship an order to a country other than the country indicated in the billing address.

We cannot deliver to PO boxes, personal mailboxes, APO (Army Post Office) or FPO (Fleet Post Office) military bases.

 

In order to guarantee the service, it is your responsibility to actually pick up the order. We suggest that you arrange this in good time and contact us if you are unable to collect your order.

 

POSSIBLE DELAYS

We strive to meet delivery times, but during Sales or Promotions periods, due to high order traffic, order processing may be delayed. In addition, on Saturdays, Sundays and other public holidays, couriers do not deliver. In these cases, we will guarantee our assistance for any of your doubts or needs.

PARCEL TAMPERING

If your parcel has been tampered with, we advise you to accept the parcel "with reservation" (this is your right) or refuse it. If one of these conditions occurs, please contact us as soon as possible: we will need information to report the incident to the carrier.

 

NON-DELIVERY

In the event that the order is not delivered because the address or telephone number is incorrect or missing, the package may be returned to Giungi Guitars at your expense, including any costs incurred by Giungi Guitars in returning the goods. These costs will be deducted in case of refund. If you have any questions about this, please contact us.

 

OTHER INFORMATION

 

Shipments to Russia can only be made with the local EMS courier in remote areas that cannot be reached by other couriers.

Shipments to certain geographical areas can be made via the Post Office. In these cases, shipping times may be longer.

The shipping service to Ukraine is temporarily suspended.
